What is FoodCTRL?

The digital backbone of food safety operations

Regulatory requirements are becoming stricter, official inspections are becoming more thorough, and staff shortages are putting increasing pressure on kitchen operations. Managing paper-based HACCP logs is time-consuming, prone to omissions, and difficult to search during audits.

FoodCTRL offers a solution: a tablet-oriented, Hungarian-language, intuitive application that allows every checkpoint from shift start to shift end to be digitally recorded in real time. Managers can see exactly what is happening in the kitchens down to the minute on an online interface – even across multiple locations.

The application is developed and operated by the InDeRe Food Research and Innovation Institute Nonprofit Ltd., in collaboration with food safety experts and practicing public catering professionals.
